DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure bookings. This can be made on our online booking system, in-salon or via transfer.

Major services including extensions, hairloss systems and nanoplasty require a 50% down payment.

DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your deposit will be deducted from your service when checking out, deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment.

CANCELATIONS

48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

No-shows result in a fee.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

-Confirmation texts are sent out one week prior to your appointment, Please reply promptly to confirm your attendance., Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being cancelled.
